PROPERTY LOCATION: The land is ideally located on Hwy. 1 approximately 5 miles south of Carmi, IL.
AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held at the White County Fairgrounds on Hwy. 1 at the west edge of Carmi, IL.
REAL ESTATE: The land is ideally suited for the investor looking for both tillable land income, good timber and some outstanding deer and other wildlife. The FSA office reports 98.3 acres tillable. Some of the timber has not been harvested in the present owner’s memory and some has been harvested approximately 20 years ago. Public water runs along the Hwy 1 frontage.
