The undersigned will sell at public auction his real estate and personal property, on site, located at 128 Fuquay Rd, Chandler, IN, (Take Hwy 62 to Chandler, go south on Delaware & bear right onto Fuquay Rd and continue to the property) on THURSDAY AUGUST 7 @ 4:00 PM as follows:
REAL ESTATE: The real estate consists of 5 acres that will be offered in 2 tracts.
TRACT 1 consists of 3.5 acres located east of Fuquay Rd. with a 20’ easement for access. Tract 1 is improved with a 2 level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home w/ 2 fireplaces.
