By order of the Warrick Circuit Court, the undersigned commissioner will sell at public auction the real estate owned by Kenneth Hay & Wanda Hay as follows:
PROPERTY LOCATION: The real estate is located in the northwest corner of Heckel Rd. (CR 900 E) and Robinson Rd. (CR 1050 N) south of Hwy 68 and east of Hwy 161 near Selvin, IN.
AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held at the American Legion, 508 W. Main Street, Holland, IN. Take Hwy 161 into Holland, go west on Main Street at the convenience store to the Legion.
REAL ESTATE: The real estate consists of 40+/- acres with no buildings. There are approximately 12+/- acres tillable and the balance is wooded. There appears to be some really nice timber on the property. The woodland is enrolled in the Classified Forest Program. The topography is level. The property has road frontage on the east & south sides.
SHOWING: Sunday February 15 from 1 till 3:00 PM (CST). Showings at other times can be arranged by calling the auction company @ 812/474-6100.
TERMS: A deposit of 10% will be required on day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. The real estate will sell subject to court approval.
