The Undersigned will sell at public auction their land located in Harlan County and Leslie County, KY on the above date and described as follows:
The real estate consists of approximately 3,360 +/- acres of premiere hunting property to be offered in 16 tracts ranging from 5 +/- acre tracts to 1, 021 +/- acre tracts. Several tracts have frontage on Blacktop Roads and some are adjacent to the Daniel Boone National Forest. Several tracts would make excellent hunting lodge sites. Deer, Black Bear, bobcats, turkey and wild horses roam this property. Wide gravel roads wind throughout the property for access.
MINERAL RIGHTS & TIMBER: Mineral rights have been previously reserved; therefore no mineral rights will be conveyed. The timber has recently been harvested or is subject to an existing timber sale contract.
PUBLISHED RESERVE: Tracts 1,2,3,4,5,6,9,13 & 16 will sell at a published reserve of $399 per acre or more. If less, the sellers may reject the offers.
FREEDOM TRACT METHOD: The auction will be conducted using the Freedom Tract Auction Method. This method allows bidders the freedom to bid on any individual tract or combination of tracts at any time during the auction. The property will sell in the manner generating the highest price.
AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be conducted at The Harlan Center, 201 S. Main St., Harlan, KY.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 6% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid amount to determine the total contract purchase price.
