The undersigned owners will sell at public auction three parcels of real estate (from IN 168, go north on CR 350E, then go west on CR 550S to property) on the above date as follows:
TRACT 3 consists of 13.82 +/- ac. of unimproved land & is also located on the south side of CR 525S. Approximately 11.15 acres are tillable.
MINERAL RIGHTS: All mineral rights, except the coal rights, will be conveyed to buyer.
FREEDOM TRACT: The real estate will be sold using the Freedom Tract Auction Method. This method provides bidders with the opportunity to bid on any individual tract or any combination of tracts at any time throughout the auction.
SHOWING: Tues., June 28th from 4-6 p.m. Showings at other times can be arranged by calling the auction company.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 6% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the Contract Selling Price.
