Estate Vehicle Terms Summary:
All estate vehicles sell subject to executor/court confirmation with 10% buyer premium. Full payment must be received within 48 hours of auction close. Settlement must be made with cash, check with letter of guarantee, wire transfer, or bank letter of intent. Credit cards will not be accepted for titled vehicles. Funds should be made payable to Vondenhuevel Auctioneers LLC. Upon winning notification, successful bidder must supply complete name, address, and contact number for titling purposes. This information goes to the probate judge for approval. Title transfer typically takes 7-15 business days. If title cannot be transferred within 21 days due to estate or probate issues, buyer may terminate the contract for full refund.

•In order to bid a valid credit card shall be required upon registration. Your credit card will only be charged for the purchase if you fail to contact our office 24 hours following the auction with payment information. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Bankable “Good” Check, wire transfer or Bank Letter of Intent to Purchase. Credit Cards not accepted on Vehicles and Equipment.
•Successful bidder shall upon notification of winning bid supply auction company with the following information: Complete name and address as well as contact number of the individual in which the vehicle will be titled to. This information will be provided to the local probate judge in the case for the approval of the sale and transfer. This process typically takes 7-10 business days. Upon transfer of title and verification of funds vehicle(s) shall be removed from the property. In the event title is unable to transfer due to estate or probate issues within a 2 week period following the auction, buyer may at their discretion terminate the auction contract and receive a full refund of monies paid to auction company.
•Full payment including buyer’s premium must be received by our office within 24 hours of the auction close unless other arrangements are made with auction company.
•Vehicle shall remain at auction location until funds have cleared and vehicle is transferred into new owners name. Upon transfer of title buyer shall assume all responsibility for the vehicle(s).
